SiReMa Hybrid regranulates combine the advantages of PCR recyclates with performance properties close to those of virgin materials. They are produced using an advanced twin-screw up-cycling process, whose primary objective is to achieve maximum material homogeneity and stable, repeatable processing parameters.
The process begins with careful selection and preparation of the feedstock, followed by intensive mechanical processing. Twin-screw technology enables excellent mixing, repeated degassing, and the application of functional additives, resulting in:
- very good optical homogeneity,
- a significant reduction of defects, gels, and contaminants,
- high batch-to-batch quality repeatability.
- stable MFI/MFR processing parameters, ensuring stable blown film processing.
